Costa Rica Adoptions

Villa Hope has just received approval from PANI, the Central Authority in Costa Rica, to place children for international adoption.

Villa Hope’s International Programs Director, Pat Baldwin, will be traveling to Costa Rica within the next few weeks to gather more information on this program. She will be meeting with our representative in-country and also the Central Authority. More information will be available upon her return.
